FBI Clearance Certificate

Hello,

I had insurance in US but just before my wife was to deliver the insurance company went bankrupt and before I can get the Govt aid ect I had some thousands of bill to pay to the hospital. Then I lost job in US so I came back to India without paying that bill.

Now I am applying for this Canada Immigration and need FBI clearance.

My question is will there be any problem in getting it or should I get it fine?

FBI simply runs a database check for arrest record and that's it! If you were never arrested, nothing to worry. However, to remain in the safe side, don't put any SSN in the prescribed FD-258 form. Just use your current address and things should be fine.
