when i apply for FBI CC do i need a state CC form? can somebody tell me exactly what i need

It seems that they want an FBI form and one from every state you have lived in since your 18th birthday.

early Oct:Application sent
Oct 27: Sponsorship application approved
Nov 3: Sponsorship application approval received
Nov 6: E-CAS says local visa office began processing
Nov 17: AOR received via post

No, they flipped on 15/10/09, if they want the state Police Certificates they will now ask for them.

PMM is this updated on the CIC website? Is it advised to send state clearences anyway to avoid delays?

I only sent FBI clearance, no state clearance, and got approved.
