FBI certificate

Hi All

I just got my medical package from Buffalo. They also ask for 'good conduct' or 'no record' letter or certificate from FBI (not police!).
But FBI does not issue any certificates unless there any records. If you are clean they just put stamp 'No record' on your fingerprint card, and that's it! I already provided police local 'good conduct' letter and FP card with 'No record' FBI stamp on it when I applied.

Should I update the same documents and send them again, since it's been a while, or this FBI 'no record' certificate is something that I don't know about? please help

They want updates, I assume that they did not request the US state certificate as well?

They only said 'FBI' on required document list, that's why it's so confusing!

Applied June 2006, AOR in about three weeks after that.

The fingerprint card with the FBI stamp on it is OK, you don't need to send any other letter, unless CIC ask specifically for it. I don't think so on FBI's
