Seniors please advise..............
I sent application under FSW-1 to CIO, last week but unfotunately overlooked..... the following

My father Given Name written on my passport is "Haji Khusi" and Family name "Muhammad".
Wheras i wrote Given Name of my father in my Application as "Khushi" and family name as "Muhammad".
In short, i missed the word " Haji".

Except my passport, none of my documents has name of my father name starting with "Haji".

Will this creat problem now? or latter?

What should i do now.

What's important is the father's name in your birth certificate.

Because a lot of countries do not have father's name in passports, the passport is normally not used to verify this information. So in my opinion, it should not be a problem.

However, if your dad's name is different in your application and your birth certificate, they might ask for an explanation. You can also correct it and attach an explanation when u submit the full set of docs to your local CHC.
