Well it took 6 months to reach 636 so about 100 applications a month, so there should be space left.

Post 26 June, CIC requests full documentation from. Applicants. This complicates the case for many applicants and made them takes longer time to apply. We've seen some NOC codes cap filled quickly within three months while others are still pending.

statistics does not reflect the real number they are working on it , there is note below the total nomber of completed applications at their official site tells that sending our applications now doesnot mean that it falls inside the cap
