This would be a great time for me  that I have applied for immigration
to Canada in July 2011 .Now I am waiting for my file number and other
processes,However one more thing makes my mind busy.I live in Iran which
is a country with many political events which make each and every
catastrophic happenings possible, thus this has made me a bit nervous
about me and my family.I have decided to write a request from Canadian
government to process our files faster than other countries. At first
would you please tell me that whether this enquiry is legal , reasonable
and most importantly  rational or not.secondly if a company
would have  done it, will I probably get a  more great opportunity to
access than I have done it individually

thats almost an impossible road...yes you can request them to process your case faster on human compassionate grounds but how are you going to convince them....almost every third applicant is in the same sort of circumstances..

however, if you are in grave situation..e;g there are threats to your or your family's lives and some other similart sort of circumstances than you can make this request but you will have to provide evidence of your situation...they will check everything you tell them..

and you have to meet their points eligibility criteria in any case - otherwise they wont consider...

Also, there is no need to go through a consultant...Especially, in your case, he \ she would try to take away a lot of your money considering your situation.

I would suggest, write a very convincing letter asking yo process your file faster, however, I am not very sure on how it may work!
