Fast Track-First Meds near expiry-join plz

Dear all. We all are hearing buzz word " fast track" for quite a while. But for most of the people its not quite fast. Like my meds r abt to expire in August and still no news from vo. Well if There r people out there who applied in fast ttack nd their meds r near expiry plz come ndpost bere so we might group together and get through with our hands together

mostly there is only one common reason for delay after meds nd tht is sec check. Plus vo only respinds with standard responses. I hv a very clean record nd im sure tht eventually i will hear a good news. Only reason for this thread my friend is to hv people around with similar situations. Its kinda feel better:)

yesterday , my medical expired. The day before yesterday I sent an email to CHC and they replied me that my background checks completed and my file is awaiting review officer. They did not mention that what happens for my medical !!!
I think I have to wait and hopefully will receive PPR whithout medical redoing.

I was under the old simplified system; senior citizen track. I did my medicals On 13th Oct. 2009. I sent a case specific email to CIC in May 2010(7 months after my medicals). The validity of my medicals expired in Oct.2010. I received PPR in early June, and received my passport back with visa in late June. Landing in late August.

Don't wait until the validity of your medicals is almost expired, then send case specific email query.

The validity of my medicals expired in Oct.2010. I received PPR in early June, and received my passport back with visa in late June. Landing in late August.

Don't wait until the validity of your medicals is almost expired, then send case specific email query.

Yes you are right. But I sent 10 case specific during the last 12 months. Eachtime they replied me that my file is undergoing background check.

Yes - member palomo recently had that situation happen, he had to have his medical exams a second time.   Shortly thereafter, though, he got his passport request and visa.   Hopefully yours comes soon too!

In my case whenevwr i sent case specific enquiry. They said tht my case is in process. Hwever this june they said tht my case is wirh wxternal agencies for verifications. I hope it gets over soon for me and all my bros on forum.

Well i hope too that we don hv to undergo another medicals.

I did second medical last Thursday.
Hopefully couple of weeks later , deliver PPR.

I applied Buffalo Skilled Worker,

My file started process in Jan. 2008.
First medical and fingerprint were done in  June 2008.

Then LLLLLLOOOOONNNNNGGGG background check.

In August 2010 buffalo request new medical and fingerprint.
I did both and renew my history (what I did in two years 2008-2010)

When I e-mail the asking (Is my BC is ended) they reply (Yes, we have received the results of the background checks).
I want to know approximetelly how long it will take me before landing,

I done my medical on 5th of Mar, 2010 and since that time I send two specific inquiries each time they replayed that "Routine background checks conducting on your file we will contact u once we receive the results".

I think is more related to the countries you have visited for the last 10 years.

can u and other friends share their countries, mine are :

1.Syria.
2.Iraq.
3.Qatar.
4.Bahrain.
5.Jordan.

I do not know when this suffers going to be ends.
