Glad you brought up that question as those who are not very familiar with the CIC process, may be caught on some tricks. In this world there so many intelligence (Minds) that use their IQ to take advantage of others weaknesses.

Did your answers about the Fast Track Program were answered? I personally, think Fast Track it's a bad JOKE with a poor guideline that discriminates those who applied before it became established.
