I sent all docs with supporting documents - May 2009 to Buffalo ( under fast track, FSW Cat1) got 2nd AOR in June 2009 and since then
no update yet.... (except they moved to In Process in July 2010)
wrote email to them no response, then wrote email to Mr Jason Kenney (immigiration minister) got reply after 50 days.. saying we acknowledge the delat which is not normal and due to lots of backlog/high inventory under fast track/skilled worker category we are having so much delay, and assured visa office will shortly contact you.. thats it. NOthing great in the reply

only GOD or CIC knows whats happening in reality

If we see the whole picture(considering Pre 2008 candidates) than the process is indeed fast track. Those applicants are waiting since 5 years to have their file pick up.
I first filed on Feb 2010 and its 1 year now. So yes its frustrating, yes its disappointing and yes sometimes I think I should stay in my home country, but overall we cannot blame the CIC. They deal with lot of cases, family class, business class, student visas among which family class and student visa have much lesser background checking.

Hi all,
Please share your views on
Fast track Processing on time spending to process your application

It depends on your VO, but it varies between 12-24 months, with majority on 16-20 months.
