what do you mean by simple immigration, you can immigrate to Canada under following categories
1) Skilled Worker: Skilled workers are selected as permanent residents based on their education, work experience, knowledge of English and/or French, and other criteria that have been shown to help them become economically established in Canada. The other criteria is that your profession should be in the CIC's 29 in demand professions list and the year 1000 caps hasn't been reached for that NOC. or you have AEO then you can still apply if the cap has reached.

2) Quebec selected skilled worker: check this link http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html

3) Canadian Experience Class: You must meet these minimum requirements to apply for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class. You must plan to live outside the province of Quebec and
be either:
a temporary foreign worker with at least two years of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in Canada, or
a foreign graduate from a Canadian post-secondary institution with at least one year of full-time (or equivalent) skilled work experience in
Canada
and have gained your experience in Canada with the proper work or study authorization

4) Investor, Entrepreneur, and self employed person:
4.1) Investor: have $1.6 million worth and invest $800K in Canada
4.2) Entrepreneur: have net worth of $300K

5) Provisional Nominees (PNP): expect Ontario for all other provinces you need job offer and Labour market opinion for PNP. In case of if Ontario you graduated with a Masters or PhD from an Ontario university then you don't need job offer, but if not then similar to other provinces.

6) Family Class: spouse, parents.

Now I don't find any simple immigration

The OP might have indicated simplified process which prevailed before Feb 28 2008... after that fast track application process initiated in 38 followed by 29 NOC categories....
