hi friends,
     i hv spouse case,my wife is main applicant, if i change my job then is it must to inform embasy?

from what I understand any major change and you should inform the Visa office. I would suggest informing, as if they call up your employer then they will get to know. The chance of calling your employee is very less.

My 2 cents do inform them as it will not have any adverse effect on your application, but if you do not inform them then they may ask for explanation and then may or may not accept your case.

If your spouse is the main applicant then you dont have to inform anything except for change of address if you shift to a new location.
