I don't think there is an official way to know it.

I want to take advise. As i have allready file in 2006 & shown that i am working as Pharmacist.

But after 26 June New NOC : Pharmacist is there 3131.

I want to know that i am regestered pharmacist in India. But i have done Diploma in Pharmacy ( 2 year Fulltime) then BCA (Distance mode)then MBA(Distance mode).

Now what i need to know is if i want to go for New process , do think that i am eligible to file.

Becouse NOC 3131 shows that they requires Bachelor in Pharmacy as educational requirement.

Can you please check & advise me whether i should go for it or not ?

My ***** agent told me that it does not matter whether you have Diploma or Bachelor inPharmacy ? Please advise me  on it

Hi

Your post has a ambiguous wording..
what you meant to say was that we need to send the docs only 1 time and too only to the CIO and not to the VO as per the new process after June 26 2010

Sorry , if i failed to make u understand, i meant
you need to send it to CIO-sydney  if u r sending for the first time,
if u r sending after getting AOR then u have to send to VO.
is it  clear now ??  thanks..

Say I am a perfect candidate for immigration, say I have the right degree, right experience, right age, etc, etc, I can apply but the officer can give me a negative substitution evaluation because he may feel that I won't be economically successful in Canada.

So based on your experience, you are qualified for immigration. But there is always a chance that they can reject you because they may feel you cannot be economically successful (as a pharmacist) in Canada because you cannot work as one (based on what you said above).

Hi,  Please help me to answer this question.

As per the old list, Accountants are in the list. What about the new list? Is it there or not?

I have 3 years experience as an Accountant and 4 years as Document Controller. Is that included in the head of Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management - NOC 1122, because in the example titles we can see some designations like file manager, filing systems analyst, records filing systems analysts supervisor
records management specialist
records management systems analyst
records manager – business services etc. So the job discription of them and Document Contrller are same.

Please give me a reply and help me to apply for the federal skilled worker programme.

thanks,
