OK THANMKS FR UR REPLY
quote author=deba_avik link=topic=13225.msg1470864#msg1470864 date=1337238247] Don't worry. If any such issues, they'll contact you and you'll have a chance to improve, if any. Actually it varies from IO to IO, as I found earlier where one of the same scorer got IELTS score update instruction whereas other didn't. I hope your score is okay except Reading.
I hope you will not be required to do so. Stay cool. [/quote]

hello everyone! i am new here. I hope i am posting on the right thread. I just would like to enquire. I am a registered nurse with 3years hospital experience as a staff nurse and 1 year experience a clinical instructor. I am planning to apply in FSW category and as a Registered Nurse. Is my experience as a clinical instructor can be counted as experience in order for me to get the maximum points in Experience. I heard that nurse instructors have been removed in the titles of RN. Is this true? I badly need this to exactly get the 67points. I hope you can enlighten me. Thank you...

You may count any skilled experience for points, even if you had worked as something completely unrelated so you do get points for the 4 years. For example, a nurse who is also an automechanic and in the last 4 years has the experience of 3 years automechanic and 1 year nurse could also apply under nurse.

I received email from FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office that: "Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 25, 2011"
"Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."
Now can anybody tell me that what is the next step?

hi there. please i need your help. I applied as federal skilled worker last july 2011 and sent our passports last feb 7, 2012 for passport request and until now i'm still waiting. I emailed them last may 6,2012 to ask about our status and they replied with: We have received your passports at our office on February 9, 2012. Your application is currently queued for review. You will be advised of any further instructions in writing (via e-mail). We trust this information is of assistance and guides you accordingly. I would like to know if there is a possibility for us to be rejected?? thanks!!

hello again.. i have few questions to ask.. first question/situation: I will lodge my application this July and regarding proof of funds , my mom will provide that for me since i don't have any assets to declare. but she hasn't transferred that yet into my account. do i need to provide letter of explanation where did i get that money in that short period of time? second question/situation: i don't have any employment certificates from my previous employers but they will give employment certificate with detailed job description. My problem is i don't have my contract anymore from my first employer for 3years. and i don't have pay slips either because they don't provide us that. My second employer didn't provide any contract because i was only a part time and we just agreed regarding salary and other stuffs verbally. i have few pay slips left with me. do i need to photocopy and notarize those even if they're just few copies? regarding my contracts from my previous employers, do i need to make an affidavit why i don't have them anymore? PLEASE enlighten me... THANK YOU!

I would suggest you to arrange those docs which you lack from your previous employers.

You should receive PPR by 3-5 months usually. Have patience.

Typically the money is not yours. Better you should keep this money in your account and maintain it now. No need to explain the visa office. It would be wise to make it a FDR where interest rate is higher.
