My application FSW returned to me because I didn't filled Question 4 on form 1(Generic Application) which I sent last week of January. But they gave me UCI number and checked all forms by red ticks and asking to filled that question and then return to them. But now version of checklist and Generic form has changed so do I need to send new version form or old version form which they already checked.

as per my knowledge you have to validate the generic application right..... it will be validate only if all the question/all the required text box are filled and generates a 2D bar code... mate it would be best if you see the refusal letter what firm to be filled... Warm regards.... Spartan 300 |

The new changes is not applied to your case...But however every case is treated with the rules on ground when applications were received and accepted...But since they checked all were you are required to fill and send back...that is GOODNEWS...Just follow their instructions and do not complex your easy case |

I believe that you should just filled the questions they ask for and follow their instruction. They treat the case as per the active rules when they received the application, so changes in forms shouldn't affect you. Thanks CyTric |

There are some forms you can fill manually and there are some you need to fill directly online from your computer
For example the "GENERIC FORM - IM0008". You will need the validation of the 2D bar code at the back and you can NEVER do this or get this if you fill that form with your hands |

Validating the form before printing ensures you have answered all the questions and will avoid delays in processing your application. A last page with barcodes and a signature line will automatically be created. So in conclusion barcode helps you to move faster. CyTric |
