hi dr hasib,

What do u mean by my duties did not match by the duties in NOC they referred since im appliying as registered nurse NOC 3152?are they referring to the documents i sent or are they doing a background check from my employer?pls advice me.Does this mean i should reconstruct my job discription ?another thing do i need to pass my seminars and certificates?

i posted a link. go thorough it. you will find job duties of NOC 3152. most of the jod duties of yours must match with the job duties given in that link(be aware, you must not copy and paste it).CIO reviewd your work exp certificates that u submitted and according to CIO, you dont perform most of the job duties given in the link

N.B: NO back ground check was done by CIO. they took their decision after reviewing your docs. and YES,to reapply you must reconstruct your JD

Q. This points is safe for apply ? 67 is safe so, 69 is more than safe (I got my visa with 67 points  )
Q. who will calculate points ? CIC or VO--- both CIO and VO

Q. Bhaiya R U sure I'll get 69 points ? yes, i am sure, but if u r confused, sit for GT IELTS again and get atleast 10 points so, that u can still manage 67 if CIO/VO award you 22 points instead of 25 for your education

you only need to submit original trascripts in university sealed envelops not certificates.
I get afraid if they refugee me for points.

             A clinical instructor without finishing the masteral degree would it merit for the experience and be considered as award or points for more than a yr but less than 2 yrs?Second,Am i right that the NOC of nurse which is 3152 has change to another number?3112 i think if im not mistaken?Third,going back to my saudi license,is it necessary that it is not expired by the time i will have my application?What if i will change my employer and country within middle east area?

apni transection korte paren paren. but hotat akdin aksathe onek taka raklen, then 2 din por shob taka tule fellen, amon hole ore guess kore j apnar taka nijer na. apni suppose 12 lac raklen..kisudin por, 3-4 tullen, then abar raklen..amon ta accepted. Money ta kabol apnar account na, apnar husband er account a thakleo hobe, 2 joner joint account a thakleo hobe.

yes u can..but u need to have completed 17 years full time study to claim 25 points

IELTS score should be minimum 5.5 in  each band to be eligible in Singapore VO. One of my known person has score 5.0 in one band and asked by SGVO why his application will not be rejected as English is in basic level and asked him to send new score having moderate level. Visa officer may asked for this.

So it is best to score above 5.5 in each band to avoid any future confusion.

I agree and disagree with your statement at the same time. Reading score 5 is moderate and awards 2 points not 1 (check EG7 )
and YES if u have basic score in any module SGVO will ask you to redo IELTS otherwise they will refuse u.
i think you friend got 5 i either listening, speaking or writing and that's why SGVO requested another IELTS.
