hi,
i applied in Oct,10 and got 1st AOR in Feb,11..since then no news..i mailed london visa office on 11-10-11..
I submitted the information regarding my new born baby with fee on 30.05.2011 through a courier but yet I could not get any acknowledgement of additional information as well as the fee receipt.
Further you are requested to please update me regarding my application.

One of my friends who applied under NOC 0111 submitted full docs in Oct 2010 and received 2nd AOR in December 2010 has not received any response from NDVO. He has send a case specific inquiry few days ago, lets see what would be the response from VO.
He is April 2010 applicant!

Dear seniors & friends... I'm May 2010 applicant recived my 2nd AOR on May 2011,LND VO my e case status is RBVO, BUT it didn't mention the date of file transfer to london VO, that's why am worry why it's not mention the date of file transfer till now its almost 5 & halfu month after 2nd AOR & 10 month since london VO recved my full document  what do u think ?? is this normal & happened to any other members ? please reply am very confuse & upset  Do u think this is bad sign ?? or its an indication that my file is still not trnasfer to LND VO from CIO??? & when can i expect my status to change to inprocess & get medical ?? thanx n advanc sama |

Can anyone help me answer my confusion?I sent my application just this year and was refused because my work experience has not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.What does this mean?
What will be there basis of this since im working in saudi under ministry of health for more than 5 yrs now?Can i reapply and repeat the whole process and is there should be an interval of months or years from my first application? What are the circumstances of refusing my application due to my work experience since im really a nurse as i applied under noc 3152?If i reapply what other documents should i include to justify my work experience.Otherwise, if they really not approve my work experience, can i resort to having an arrange employment offer to my application with LMO and etc.?

thanks for ur reply..actually i got a band score og 6.0. i was qualified since i have my family in canada. my question is what is the percentage score of this. So, can I reapply as soon as possible?i think i have to make clear description of my job, right? But does it not affect to the previous application i have which they just refused recently?pls give me clarification.

What do u mean by my duties did not match by the duties in NOC they referred since im appliying as registered nurse NOC 3152?are they referring to the documents i sent or are they doing a background check from my employer?pls advice me.Does this mean i should reconstruct my job discription ?another thing do i need to pass my seminars and certificates?
