Hasib bhai, My wife's brother( son of my wife's paternal uncle ) is a permanent resident in Canada. And my brother ( son of my paternal aunt) is also a permanent resident. Can I get point from anyone of them? Please help me.

The son of your wife's uncle is her cousin, not her brother.  A brother is if they have the same parents.

Same for you, the son of your aunt is your cousin and not your brother.

You can not get any points for skilled worker for cousins.

hello!

As it is clearly stated in the instructions, the numbers are an estimate and no one can guarantee that you will be in the limit even if you send your application before it is reached. Also, as far as I know you can apply under two nocs at the same time

1.How do i get to know that the application is received by CIO?
2.If application is already received how long do they take to send AOR?

Thanks a lot

DEar All,

I am new to this forum, I would really appreciate if you can help me in clarifying the following points as I am about to submit my documents to CIO under Federal Skilled Worker Category.

1) Where do I need to send my complete application and documents? I am confused because in the Instruction Guide it is written that the application should be sent to the following address
Citizenship & Immigration Canada,
Federal Skilled Worker,
Centralized Intake Office
196 George Street Sydney, NS
B1P 1J3
Canada
But when I read the London, UK visa office instruction, it says that "All Economic Class applicants (Federal skilled workers, Provincial Nominees and Skilled workers destined to Quebec) from Pakistan, must use these instructions and submit their application to the London, United Kingdom visa office"

Now please confirm what should i do??

2) I dont have birth certificate of my wife, If i attach her SSC certificate alongwith her CNIC and passport copies then would it be enough orI need to attach more items?

Your early response in htis regard shall be highly appreciated.

Hi,

New member here.

I just finished my BSc Degree (Dbl Honors) in Accounting and Business. I also have a 3 years diploma in Accounting. Total 16 years education. (I did the diploma in Qatar and did 1 year in the UK to get BSc). FYI, I got a first class degree from the UK.

Will I get 20 points or 22 points for education???
