Hi seniors.
I received PER 30th of March. My e-case status showing Received Visa Office from 20th of April. My NOC is -4152. I have one question What is the points calculation system? First time CIO calculated points now Visa office re-calculate points or visa office only brief documents. Still am I at risk?? If visa officer want to reject she or he can??
CIO wrote in mail like that ''Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010. Your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing''.
Please reply me anyone.

HI KOCHI
you are correct, if yr Visa officers finds any gaps they can refuse yr application. its not only points but other asspects too eg- security check, medicals etcc... i suggest u to relax as it may take some time to reach to the stage of medical request. once u reach there ,its a positive sign.
cheers

while filling schedule 3(economic classes), i have one query that while giving your work experience details, how to describe times where there are gaps. i.e suppose you are unemployed or not working for some time. then you should write under occupation "UNEMPLOYED", or leave that time period.
for example a person has following details: from july 2009 to present ......... working with company XXXX FROM JAN 2009 TO JUNE 2009 ............... WORKING WITH COMPANY XXX FROM JUNE 2008 TO DEC 2008 ........... UNEMPLOYED
AND SO ON
HOW TO WRITE IT IN WORK EXPERIENCE COLUMNS OF SCHEDULE 3

Please tell me that am I eligible for skilled worker canadian immigration as I am a prosthetist & Orthotist. Having trade number NOC 3219-B, did Masters degree, having 6.5 band in ielts general module and having 5 years of experience.
Looking forward for guidance,
3219 is not currently under 29 eligible occupation list. you cant apply under FSW1 category right now. you can try for FSW2 category if you have a job offer.

You are FSW1 (FSW Category 1) if your occupation is on the list of 29 most wanted. If it isn't but you have a job offer (AEO), you can still apply under Category 2 (FSW2)

Thank you! Could you please provide clarification on my other query? Do I have to submit copies all of my MBA DMCs or final Semester (sem 4) is enough as it contains my total MBA marks?
Hello Experts, I have another question - In the Background Form 15. Addresses section, Do I have to mention my college/ university Hostel addresses, where I resided during my graduation and post graduation or permanent address is sufficient (as both are in the same state approx 100 KMs away)? Regards,

im not a senior but i'll just answer your querry anyway, about the address...yes you hve to right it down...imagine if during those period in time when you r still studying, in a daily basis, your traveling 100kms from time to time just to get to school. so its more sensible if you write it there.
