Hi Sad,

i sent my application from under skilled category without knowledge that the cap was already reached. they sent all my application pack. they said the cap is reached for 2010-2011. i am not sure when we can apply next. if u get any info pls email me to sushma_nomula @ yahoo.com.

Just a few questions

What happen if the NOC are said cap reached? Is it means that they  will not accept any application ?? until when ?
I just worried because i am on the process of completing my documents and when i checked it was cap reached.

Is it possible to try sending my documents even though " cap reached?  what will happen ?? please give me some ideas ...

Dear Friends,

My e-cas status is showing "In Process" with "RBVO. They are pending review" inside. I think it means that the processing has not begun yet.

Any idea when the status will be updated to "The processing has begun on DD-MM-YYYY"?

Appreciate your comments. I am under Singapore VO with NOC 1111.

Hi all,

I hav some doubts regarding filling education section.

1. Do i have to give details from standard 1st to grad. or only 10th, 12th and grad?

2. Where in the form they hav mentioned to give no. of years in one institute(eg: school) do i hav to write from stndrd 1 or only one year of 10th?

3. Im filling form with hand. To describe my job duties(schedule 3 form) I hav to insert an extra sheet(blank). Can I type or print duties on tht sheet
    or should write with hand?

I dont think  they asked any thing about primary school education  u  just  have to answer about  ur  secondary,higher secondary,graduation and  masters if applicable  for  example secondary  school from  class 5 to class  10 means  5 yr,higher secondary  from  class 11 to  class 12  its  2year,graduation if  4 year 
its no prblem if u  fill up the  form  with hand bt  there are  some  question  like in case  of  fee  payment  form there is  written  this  must  b  printed so  b careful in these questions

u  can  make a  format as  it  is in the real  form and use it as  extra sheet  dont  forget ur name,the form  name  example-Shedule3  form,and question no  that means the  question which u  r answering  u must mention the  question no


its  better  to  do  everything by pc typing as  ur  hand writing may b  unclear to  them bt  if  its  impossible to print then u can complete  the form  by hand it wont cause rejection

my name is vinod and i applied in feb 2011 and i got per frm cio on march 2011 and from 9th april 2011 my status is RBVO  my visa office is london and i m a indian citizen ,,, can any onetell me how much time it will take to finalize all ,,, because my visa is expire in jan 2012 ,,, what should i do ? should i wait or change the visa office please suggest me
