Please tell in detail : As a Pakistani national residing in U.A.E : What is the exact set of documents required? Passport & Visa : Copies : NOTED!! Specialy : Birth certificate: Original or copy (Needs to be attested) ? Marriage certificate: Original or copy (Needs to be attested) ? From Primary to Universiity? Educational Certificates : Original or copy (Needs to be attested) ? Work Experience Letters : Original or copy (Needs to be attested) ? Bank Statement or Bank Certificate: If statement then for how many months? (Someone said 1 year?) IELTS & Police certificate from Pakistan & U.A.E : NOTED! Which VISA office the documents to be sent? Requesting an urgent reply and please add if anything else also required !! PLEASE!! !! THANKS!!  |

Don't you just WISH they would phone you up at 10 AM the morning after your application arrives and tell you how delighted they are that you have applied? Unfortunately, this is unlikely to happen in our lifetime, so the first indication you will have is from YOUR COURIER company. They will inform you of the date/time/signature of the person receiving your application at CIO. The second indication that things are going well, will be when you see that fees have been charged to your credit card or bank draft has been cashed (you will have to ask the draft providing bank or agency to give you this information). Finally, you will get an email from CIO indicating whether or not you have met the requirements and your application will be forwarded to your specific Visa Office. Good Luck! |

my name is vinod and i applied in feb 2011 and i got per frm cio on march 2011 and from 9th april 2011 my status is RBVO my visa office is london and i m a indian citizen ,,, can any onetell me how much time it will take to finalize all ,,, because my visa is expire in jan 2012 ,,, what should i do ? should i wait or change the visa office please suggest me

Dear Vinod,
Current time-line shows that London Office takes 16 months to finalize the cases. But this information has been revealed on the basis of last tree months statistics and these reflects the best case scenarios only.
