hello to all.. i need your guidance please..
i am planning to send my application next week but as checking with all documents i noticed that the name of my son on his passport are quite wrong in spelling comparing to his birth certificate.what do i need to do with this??

and also the birthplace of the "father" of my mother and her sister who is residing in canada in their birth certificate are not the place, so i think theres a problem again there.

please need your help.thank you

I don't know what is the best thing to do but you can perhaps get an affidavit to say what they should be. For your son, you could also do a name change and let them know you are going through that process now. I think the affidavit might be enough.

By the way, i am not experienced in this so only telling you what i would do. Wait for others to answer as well.

i have received my 2nd file no. in August 24. How long do I have to wait for my medical papers if I am under federal skilled worker category?
PLS HELP.

I received my 1st and 2nd file number on time (45 days after application) because of on time submission of documents and complete set. Is there any chance that I will be able to received my medicals this month?

Is it ok? Anyone who has got a similar experience? Any successful case where only experience letters were sent out?

I am a Pakistani in Australia and will probably submit to London office.

Salaam!! If the spelling discrepancy is very very small ....then I don't think it will be problem. BUT if it reflects a different name, then it is not advisable.....  like Taurean / Taureen / Taurian may be acceptable ..... but Tauseeb / Tauseef / Salman may not be acceptable. Either you should wait for the amended letter (which will delay your application) OR should  give a reasonable explanation for non-availability of a proper contract letter (this will be the preferred solution for the present situation). CIO should be satisfied with the explanation given!!

Dear all,

I need help . As i am under Backlog application ( Sept. 2006 NOC 3131 ).

Now i am planning to apply for Fast Track after going through number application filed till 26 June 2010 . Also 3131 is under new 29 Catagory.

But i have some questions on documentation requirements .

(1) Getting educational trascripts under university sealed envelop ? What exactly is the meaning of it ? what is the way to get it ? My educational is from three different universities . ( University of Rajasthan , Jaipur , IGNOU & ICFAI University New Delhi ) Any one have idea of any university how to get educational trascripts under university sealed envelop from these universities ?

(2) What are the exact documents required from my Employer ?

(3) 3131 is fall under FSW1 or FSW2 ?

(4) Do i need to send Proof of Fund with application ? If yes then what is way & how to present it to CIO ?

(5) Is it possible to that my OLD application & New Application run parallely ? When should i withdraw my OLD application ?

(6) Need to know how much points i will get from Education.

10+2 = Full time after that

2 year Diploma in Pharmacy = Fulltime

3 year Bachelor in Computer Application = distance mode from IGNOU , New Delhi

2 year Master in Business Administration = Distance mode from ICFAI University .Dehradun. 

My both the Distance university is UGC Approved .

Kindly Help to take firm decision to apply for Fast Track,

I have send my application to London from Pakistan a few days back but:
  1. I have not written anything on the diploma box on the Background/declaration form, where as I should have written n/a.
  2. I have send photocopies attested by respective university of my BSc, MSc and MBA degrees and transcripts. I have not send originals.
  3. My University did not place my engineering degree in sealed envelope and I forwarded the same.
 4. I have three children but there was space for two children on the form therefore I attached one more copy of the this (form) page and filled one child's detail there and did not cross the other columns. I did not attach a seperate blank paper and with my other child's detail.

If it is not ok, then can I send my original transcripts and amended form imm0008 again ? Will the London' Canadian High Commission link my new letter with my application which was mailed 15 days ago?

quite a few applicantions have been returned for this

IT depends on how long it usually takes to do your computer and business degree full time. If 3 and 2 respectively for full time, then you get 25 points.
