Hello Everyone,
Request your view on one point,
All forms on which are downloaded from CIC website for processing the application are in PDF format and all are fillable on computer (however, you can't save). But Form IMM 5562 (Supplementrary travel information form) is not fillable on computer and you need to take print out of blank form and then fill it. Is it normal or I am facing any problem?
Kindly guide.

What is the realistic time frame for me to hear from them ( even an acknowledgement e-mail is not received at this stage )

You may hear any time now....normally it takes 45-90 days after submission of application, Plus u also need to check from ur bank whether you BD/DD has been encashed or not ? Most Importantly ........What's ur NOC ....... What is the cap status on current date .?? u can check on cic website......... Hope this helps |

Happy Sunday Guys.. please advice is their any one who has used Attorney David Cohen before? kindly advice if they are right for me to use as i was ask to pay the 1st Payment immediately upon execution of this Contract by the CLIENT USD 850, please advice if it's something i can do myself without using an Attorney or i should use them.

My candid advice here is for you to use immigration lawyer such as Cohen,people in this forum will ask you not to
but when the chips are down you will require them.

good day! i have some question, we are here in canada for the past 6 mos. as foriegn worker. me is skilled category , my wife is low skilled category and my son is visit visa (multiple). we are planning to transfer to another province but within alberta, what if i will resign to my work and apply another job and they will issue me low skilled same with my wife. can i still renew my son visit visa?

please give ur sincere advise on how to sponsor parents to saskatchewan? the pnp family class shows the age to be 18-49yrs but my parents have crossed that and are in their 60's. please reply.
How long do u think that Saskatchewan PNP program to remain open?

friends My brother is a Biochemist in India and have 2 yrs of experience and got enough points to apply. He sent his application on 13th Dec 2011 to sydney,Nova scotia under the category 2121 biologists and related scientists. He is still waiting, as DD has not been charged. Does he has a chance to get selected within 500 cap, as when he sent his application the cap was 370   . how long do you think he should wait or should contact new delhi visa office or CIO about status. what is the email address of CIO for asking status of the application. jadeja |
