If you were applying under 1122, I would say don't wait until July 1st but have your application ready and waiting by a courier to be delivered to immigration on July 1st on the dot because if you wait, you wouldn't have a chance to make the cap but for 3131, as long as you are ready to send it by July 1st, you look at the website if anything has changed and when it hasn't, send it right away by Fed Ex and you should be fine.

Please find below my status ang give your expert opinion with regards to my E-Case Status.

Ist page is showing "In Process" wheras inside it is showing the detail as under:

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 15, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

We transferred your application to the London England office on July 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you. "

I am more concerned about the decesion made line in the detail.

Maybe the trend of answering people or taking interest in their

questions is no more present on the Forum..

Some persons asked and with no help, they left..

Its no good... Sad

No one person has the time to read and answer every post on this forum so sometimes questions go unnoticed.  If somebody doesn't get an answer, they should just ask again and make a new topic for it so their question doesn't get lost in a FAQ of I don't know how many pages now.

It is also possible that the poster that you thought had left because he didn't get an answer is using the private messaging system to get his answers.

I have question how much is the minimum time between visa issuing and medical expiry, suppose Medical is going to be expire in Feb 2012, so at least how much time before that they can issue visa.

In some cases they have issued visas with only a couple of days left to land.  I guess each visa office has their own rules on that.

Hi,

I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?
