FAMILY VISA/ CONCERNS IN VISA APPLICATION /JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Hi! I am a Registered Med Tech who has recently passed also the International Board Exam (ASCP). I had been assessed by a financial consultant this year and he advised that since I still lack the 3 year required work experience, he suggested that my mother would be the applicant instead and our VISA would be processed under Family Class as Provincial Nominee. Should we proceed with the suggested application, is there no age limit for a child to be classified as dependent? I am now 22 years old. Also, I plan to enroll in Medical School next year, should our family VISA be approved, what are the chances that I could finish my Medical Course in Canada? I heard it is is too costly there. Can I be granted subsidy by the government since we have a PR status? The consultant is suggesting Manitoba, is my profession in demand there? Can I immediately work considering my qualifications, or it would not be considered there? Med Techs. are also in demand here in our country, but the salary is disappointing. My parents likewise have stable jobs here. Do you think it is advisable for us to migrate in Canada and start from scratch? They said we (my sister and I) have better opportunities in Canada, but my parents does not want us to be alone while we establish our lives there. They wanted to guide us, although they have their own careers here that they would leave behind.
