Hi All,

Could you pls help my situation:

In the family stream they request a copy of your sponsor's Notice of Assessement, from Canada Revenue Agency, for past 3 years (ie: 2007, 2006, 2005).

My sister sponsor my family under family stream but she have not met the above requirement that means she only had notice of assessement in year 2007. However she have got married and her husband ahve met the above requirement. Can I still use my sister as sponsor and use her husband's notice of assessement? or I use my sister husband as sponsor? or I need to wait until she has notice of assement for past 3 years?

Thanks for your help.

I believe that your sister can sponsor if her husband will co-sign.  Verify this with with the province immigration office.
