I'm not clear if it is possible to apply for super visa if application to sponsor parents has been submitted (prior to Nov 5). Any idea? Did I missed something from their news? I'm planning to call CIC later but i decided to post this since maybe somebody out there have an idea and this might be helpful to others.

we're chatting on different post... hahhaah anyway read it and didn't find the answer about submitted application... there is a something about FAQ regarding cancellation of application (and it's possible, at the same time the fees is refundable)...i guess it's a different thing if you don't want to withdraw the application, right?
