I would like to know something. I have in Canada living for many years now the first degree cousin of my father (my father and he are sons of sisters). Also his cousin (my uncle's i just mentioned). Can they do anything to help me with anything? especially with the application and procedures.

What kind of help are you seeking from them? Technically, only the following list of people can help you fetch 5 points for you PR application. You will have to show documents to prove blood ties.

Definition of "qualified first degree relative": A "qualified first degree relative" is a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew of you or your accompanying spouse who is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Not sure what kind of help they could provide. Maybe a letter saying that they can take care of me and my family when I get there, put as up and financially help us? I am just saying, not even sure that something like that is possible

Such letter has no meaning for immigration. You can not get 5 points that one gets for relatives and any letter of support does not waive off your POF requirements.

But if your Uncle supports you, it would help you a lot with your settlement
