Hi,
I am living in Montreal and I am applying for the RP. I've all the documents to apply for Quebec's Permanent Residence (me and my wife), however, the family record book is missing, actually, I dont have any idea where I can get this document (in Brazil this document is not issued by the government or any other federal/provincial office). We have our marriage/birth certificates, however no other document that show any other relatives.
Is there any problem if I send my application without this document???
Thanks a lot

i am a novice at this point but let me tell you this
if you are so sure that neither your gorvnment (back home-brazil )
nor your consulate where you reside can't provide you with those informations,
go ahead without it or more important seek an expert's advice (a lawyer).

in this forum there's some people with a lot of experiment (ie PMM - habib890....)
you may want to send them a personal message and see what happen next.

good luck friend
