hi, i have currently been in canada for the last few years with my family.
my children has been born here. i have sponsered my husband and now he is a Permanent resident here.
Still has not applied for Citizenship. He does not want to stay with his family, and does not support us.
He currently stays with us and we do not wish to keep him in the country for it is a burden on us.
Can anyone tell me who can i speak with regards to this matter and get him out of the country.

You can not get him out of the country unless he lied on his application or commits a serious crime.  You can however kick him out of your house but since you sponsored him, if he goes and claims social assistance, you will have to pay for it unless it's more than 3 years since he got his PR.
