Hi
My friend got a problem.
He sponserd his brother and he already got his SINP.
He applied to federal for pr.
His brother got his medical.
Now his brother's wife is refusing to do mnedical and asking him to not do medical.
He wants to do medical. He got married with British girl and he is in UK now.
my question is that Can he do medical without wife?
my important question is that if he wants to take her wife out of his file, than what are the options for him? because he wants to come but his wife does not want to come and refusing to do her medical as well.

Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

He can get divorce and send the divorce paper to Visa office and Done. its not complicated at all
