Family information form IMM5645 is now compulsory for the TRV application. I have a friend recently applied without it and his application got returned from Seattle!

Best of luck! I am sure you must have done this several times already! Buffalo processing times are faster, however I usually apply to Seattle.

Hi sttn actually it's my first time and if given the chance that they will issue me TRV re-entry visa my employer will sponsor me to get a US Visa so I can travel with them to US. Thanks.

So you sounds like a care giver! As long as you have an offer of employment and a valid work permit you are getting your TRV.
