FAMILY Immigration to Canada

I am a resident of Australia,Currently residing in Australia.

But I am keen to apply for my Family(Sister and Father) who are  in INDIA.


Can you please let meknow what are the options available.

I'm assuming you are a Canadian citizen or PR.

To sponsor your father and sister (who I assume is a dependent of your father), you must be living in Canada when the application is filed and must continue living in Canada while the application is being processed. So the short answer is that you cannot sponsor them while living in Australia. You must be living in Canada to sponsor.

If by any chance you are not a Canadian citizen or PR - then you cannot sponsor them through family class.
