Hello all,

Thank you for your advice.  Now to the next question regarding landing...

He is currently in Canada as a visitor from the UK.  We've set up house (my son and myself and both of us are canadian citizens...)

My next question is to decide what to do next.  I assume that my husband must go back to the UK and then re-enter Canada under his permanent resident visa when it comes in April.

My question is .... do we (my son and I) need to accompany him on the entry into Canada?

Any help and support is appreciated.

thanks

So you are sponsoring your husband as a member of the family class, right?

No, you don't need to accompany him when he lands.
