landing after delivery

i would like to know that once i move right now and my wife moves after the birth of the baby in the september,2006 then also can she move to join me without baby and then we sponsor for baby from canada itself, she will reach prior to the expiry of visa which feb,2007. is it technically correct?

secondly i am in touch of lot of people in canda regarding these things but no body are clear abt the things. one person told me that not to worry for any thing as the new comer centre will take care of the medical needs of the newcomer including pregnants. he had given one example also that just one immigrant landed and after 15 days his wife delivered and the cnetre did all the things equally to her as just like to any canadian pr's and they dint charged any thing, if it is true then nothing to worry, but i would like to know and confirm from you only then only i can feel rest. once again i am xpressing my hearty thanks to you fo rthe valuable guidance you are providing.
