fee recipt copy two - final question

Ok,

made the payment on-line

printed out the receipt copy two.

quesion:

Please let me know do I include a photocopy of the copy two and "footnote it" or just cut the bottom portion out and give them the original copy 2, and keep the original copy 1 on the top.

I just want to make sure i am sending in a valid receipt.

Hope I get the answer today so i can mail it out as valentines' day gift for my spouse.

While a photocopy would work and would be accepted as long as it was a clean copy, the original Copy 2 is preferred since it will definately scan into the computer system properly.

I recommend sending the original if you have it.
