Has anyone applied for Family Sponorship through Guatemala City? I need feedback as to realistic processing times if all paperwork is complete and the process goes smoothly. THX

We are just in the process of applying. The application will be submitted soon. Just trying to get a feel for the process as everyone assures me that it is 16-19 months from start to finish. Need to know so I can help my kids.

CIC quotes 7-16 months for spousal applications http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp#west
