okay- I did my medical before I sent in my application. I have a receipt copy of the medical form from the doctor....my question is when will I see on ecas that my medical was received. E-cas says that buffalo received my application on June 10- however transfered to NY on the 23rd of June.

Can someone please help..

Buffalo may or may not update eCAS to show medicals received - but if they do, it will be once they decide they're ready to review the results and they request them from the Regional Medical Centre that the DMP sends them to.  "Medicals Received" does not mean, literally, that the visa office has received the results from the DMP.  That's not how it works.

Married Sept '06 after 4 yr LDR.  Applied via outland ap in March 2007 -  refused Jan '08 due to inadmissible adult "dependent child".  Appeal filed Jan '08; still waiting for resolution.
