Dear All,

I'm a canadian PR and sponsoring my wife for canadian PR. I'm about to send the application to CPC misisagua. I'm sending all documents except her US police clearence certificate now. We have applied for FBI clearence but FBI clearence takes almost 2 months to get. So we are sending the application now and we will send the fbi clearence as soon as we get it.
Now,  if the visa officer sends back the application saying he wants the FBI clearence too, the PR application FEE of $475, sponsorship fee of $75 is all gone?Do I need to repay PR application fee of $475 and sponsorship fee of $75 when I resend the application with the fbi clearence certificate?

please advise

Include a letter with your application stating that you have applied for the FBI clearance and will forward it as soon as it becomes available.  Other persons have done this before and their applications were accepted.

If CIC returns your application, they will return your money too. So, you don't have to repay.
