I now payed it online and printout 2 copys of the receipt.

- What's the Client ID

Leave it blank.  You don't have one yet.  The receipt is generic and used for all kinds of applications.  If an applicant was a student and was applying for an extension, they would be issued a receipt like this as well if they paid their fees online.  They would enter their ID number because they have one from their study permit.  Since your spouse doesn't have a previous immigration document for Canada, they won't have a client ID yet.

I just called the Dr. who did the medical examination, to ask her if she allready has sent the appendix c to paris (at the time of examination i thought Paris would be the correct adress to send my application). I asked her to send one to Mississauga but she answered that people of the Canadian Embassy were shortly visiting her and strictly told her to send the appendix c only to Paris and strictly prohibited her to send it anyware else.

So my application is now heading for Mississauga and the appendix c to Paris. I hope it's not gonna make problems :/.

It's not that professional when Emails with questions sent to Paris return with the reasone "no such address found".

This is correct.  Your application will be sent by Mississauga to Paris once the sponsorship is approved and will be married up with your medical info there...  Good luck!  I send my application tomorrow, just doing some final checks now!
