Family Class: Parents Sponsership

Hi Everyone,

I have a question for people who have knowledge about immigration in this category.

If I have to sponsor my parents, then one of the criteria which I must meet is to show CIC minimum LICO income cutoff for the last 12 months for number of applicable sponsored applicants ?

Is it at the time of application to Mississauga CPC, or it is evaluated later at local visa office.

This question might have been asked but I couldn't locate the thread.

Is it at the time of application to Mississauga CPC, or it is evaluated later at local visa office.

The evaluation of LICO is done at CPC Mississauga before sponsorship approval and not at the Visa processing office.
