Hi, I am new to this forum, I have some question regarding .

1) I have a relative(my mum's cousin) who is PR  in Toronto , can I get any point from this.

2) I am a computer system administrator with 15 years working experience but holding just a certificates wihout any diploma due to failed on some paper, which category should I select for spouse educations?

sir,

     regarding your work experience i believe you can get points on it.... but with regards to your mom's cousin, i dont think so... it states in the rule that the family ties should me your immidiate (you related to them...1st degree..... ex. brother, sister, cousin, etc), not you moms... if he or she is your cousin you get the points....
