Hi everyone,

My mom sent the application for the visitor visa 10 days ago to the embassy of Canada. As i have a surgery at the end of Dec., I need her to be here at least 1 week before. I have provided the embassy with a letter from my doctor and the letter says the date!

Does anybody know if I can fallow up with the embassy? I already searched on their website and it says don't call the embassy as they won't answer!

I don't have that much time. please if anybody has any information let me know.

Thank all.

I have sent emails to the Canada embassy in Beijing, and the consulate in Hong Kong, and both have replied.
