my application has reached at Halifax Canada on 16 september 9am. my question is that how many days it take to the point of destination and will it fall in cap. noc is 3131

I don't think you'll get the right answer as long as you do not tell us from where you've posted the application!! Judging by the current status of 3131, it seems to be falling in the Cap, if not take more than a month!!  |

it's really hard to say. let me tell u the scenario, think, there's only 8 left to reach the cap. the next day if 10 applications arrive, they'll consider all 10 in the cap. now, the question is then how, we know? we know, by the 1st AOR or PER letter [sent thru e-mail]. they just cannot reject all the applications, as there'll be some more coming in the way. so we have to wait. as far as I know, it takes not more than 90 days to get PER. YOU HAVE TO WAITanother, concern is the bank draft, which is, now a days, en-cashed immediately after the arrival of the application, so it's not a confirmation. if u get NER, your bank draft is returned to u [unless any fraudulent activity in the application] hope it clears. |
