Experts,

I found out, some peoples applied for canada immigration by submitting either fake qualifications or experiences certificates.

And they were granted the Canada Immigration and today are in Canada enjoying their lives. And where the candidates with original qualifications are still suffering.

How this is happening, what is the use of background check by CIC and what are the parameters they are following?

Please help me to understand this.

If you it bothers you so much and you feel that it is your duty, than report it to the relevant authorities. But, before you do that make sure that it is true. Otherwise it would be just a poison pen letter for those people.

those who got that fake docs. will soon suffer coz i had known some with fake docs..they entered canada but cannot be a permanent residents...soon they will find out..ok..

There is a very wise saying in my religion, that means the following:
that a person might lie to thinking that it would lead him to success, while it would only lead him to failure!!
& a person might say the truth thinking that in it lies his failure, while in truth it leads him to success!!

There is also another fact (which I personally experienced several times):
When someone leaves what's wrong for what's right, he/she always get the thing you were going to do wrong, but by doing the right
i.e. If a person wanted a job & he thinks that by telling them something wrong he will be get it, but he doesn't do so just because he doesn't want to say a lie, he'll soon get THAT job or even a better one without lying.

(it's my translation, so sorry if it weren't very good, just hope you got my point)

I hope I don't sound too preachy.. I just wanted to tell you what I do KNOW.. & I always feel so sorry for whoever falls in such a mistake, because I am 100% positive that he/she would be waaaaaay better doing the right thing..

by the way, regarding your question, I know of some people who lied & are now in trouble & they are also threatened that their citizenship wouldn't be finalized. I also know of others who have lied & got through with it (got their citizenship), but the funny thing is that they are not able to go to Canada till now though they wish to!!
