Experts,
I found out, some peoples applied for canada immigration by submitting either fake qualifications or experiences certificates.
And they were granted the Canada Immigration and today are in Canada enjoying their lives. And where the candidates with original qualifications are still suffering.
How this is happening, what is the use of background check by CIC and what are the parameters they are following?
Please help me to understand this.

Make no mistake about it...
What you've mentioned could be happening...
But when they catch those guilty "citizens" they get punished beyond your
believe (including deporting them after a jail sentence).
Additionally... the Canadian society, is KNOWN for reporting those
who are doing anything illegal...
This is not a bad thing... as this ensures that everybody is playing fair.
For example, it is VERY common that people report you if you sell any product/service without an invoice or documentation...etc.. or if you insist on accepting cash only (again without a receipt)
As these are all "symptoms" of tax avoidance.
As for background check...
No system will ever screen 100% of the documents they have...
otherwise, EACH case might take 3 to 4 years to be inspected.

Lolz. Who you know applied through fake docs and now in Canada and enjoying?? Canadian authorities do vigorous checks and is one of the toughest immigrations in the world. Its very hard to fool them. Who told you those who have original docs are suffering?? If some has legitimate documents they always go through and no problems for them but those with fake docs can get caught at any time. Be confident in yourself that honesty is the best policy and only the genuine people are getting the right reward. Thanks |

I agree with you luck matters. Those who applied after June 2010 are already getting visas while those of us who applied before them are still waiting. So for sure luck also counts in everything. |

No system can detect the fake docs especially the ones related to professional career. Even the genuine documents provided by some applicants are almost impossible to verify due to delays associated with CHC immigration processing. I provided the reference letter signed by my ex boss. I gave his contact details and visiting card of April 2010 but now he is not there. In fact the whole team has moved including the HR manager. Now CHC cannot verify the reference letter without sending its record number to the new HR manager or sending a scanned copy by e mail or fax for verification. If they try the phone verification and wrong person picks the phone then he will straight away refuse my existence in that company. But as long as the document is not fake there is no need to worry and very less chances of verification.
For this reason CHC have to change their system. Docs should be verified immediately after receiving and applicant should be informed of Provisional acceptance. They can give the VISA whenever they want.

Well, whatever, wherever and however, you always have "bad eggs" in every society, community, office etc etc. I don't doubt the fact that it may be happening and there may be insiders involved too. However, unless proven guilty you are always deemed innocent (so they say). It is absolutely gutting to know that such things may be happening,while people like me and others who know beyond doubts that they fulfill all requirements with genuine papers are left sitting for years. Is it not who you know rather that what you know that reigns nowadays? |

the most rejection is FAKE documents (mostly Experience and educational documents). the ratio is high only from Asian countries. dont create any FAKE docs you will sure get rejected and banned once CIC or CHC catch your fake documents.
