Me and my husband came in canada on january 2007 and applied under refugee claim from India. In july 2010 my claim got rejected and we returned back to our home country. My son whos is two years old was born in canada and henceforth a canadian citizen. My question is can we apply under provincial nominee programme as a beautician. Am i eligible under this category. What are the other options that we can returned back to canada under a legal status?
