hi all
in this Guide

in page No 12

section :
Factor 5 Arranged employment (maximum 10 points)
* You do not currently have a work permit and you do not intend to work in Canada before you have been issued a permanent resident visa:
"You meet all required Canadian licensing or regulatory standards associated with the job."


plzz wt's this mean ?
and wt's the required standards ?

To get 5 points for employment you need to have a job offer and it should be approved. For more information i would suggest to refer this below thread.
