Hello people just a suggestion , I guess you can also show a copy of your facebook profile page as maintaining contact or just to further prove your relationship

We also included various profile pictures of us that we had posted over the years....including people's comments on them of friends and relatives...! We thought it was a good idea to show that the people who haven't met my husband in person already knew him via phone, facebook, messages, etc...

I did that as well! We printed screen caps of when we became 'in a relationship', 'engaged' and 'married'. Also screen caps of wedding photos with comments from friends and family, and showing that my friends are on his page, and his friends on my page. We also used the inbox and printed off private messages between me and his family.
The only thing you have to think about is what is available to the public when viewing your Facebook. Could the IO view your facebook and see your pictures? What if you have pictures with an ex boy/girlfriend, or out partying? They might read something into that, so make sure your FB is scrutiny free before sending FB as proof!

Unlike MySpace people can't see your Facebook page unless you add them as friends so they can't take a look through your pictures unless you let them. I would suggest making sure there's nothing that could be a problem on the page when you grab the screenshot of your relationship status though.

Just be careful about that. About a year or so ago, Facebook made a lot of things viewable by everyone in the world by default. Unless you go and make those things "friends only" you may have certain information available to the general public.

That got so much publicity I figured everyone knew about it by now, but good idea reminding folks of that.

Seeing as phone and facebook was the only way my wife could talk to my mother ,sister, sister in laws, and other family members it was a good way to show sh talks with them all the time.My family couldnt be in Brazil for the wedding so she talked to them all before and after and sent that in.As it asks if your spouse has ever met or communicated with your family.
