Hi All,
Can anybody please tell me what Visa office I should select for processing my application for Canadian PR in form IMM-0008. I am an Indian and presently in USA(Texas) on F1 visa.

If you have been living in the US for more than a year you need to send it to Buffalo

it's not that you can only send it to CHC Buffalo if you have been living in USA for one year. it's actually if you have been admitted in USA for one year, then you can send it to CHC Buffalo, even if your total stay in USA is not one year yet.

to the OP, you can either send it to CHC Buffalo or CHC New Delhi. however, if you send it to CHC New Delhi, the onus is on you to fly back to india in case they want you to appear for an interview. also, sending the passports from USA to India will be an issue if they ask for your passports for stamping. choice is yours. CHC Buffalo or CHC New Delhi.
