extension of spp for sept 2012

i am planning to go to canada and many overseas educational agents are advertising that apply under spp
but thers is no official updates from embassy about extension for sept 2012.please tell me that what should i do ?

SPP is a short form of students partnership programe.which is designed for indian and chines students.The success visa ratio under spp is around 92%.
In which one requires less paper works.However visa chances are same under both category spp and generick.
